Questions about pricing
- What is an open?
- Each time an email program fetches a widget, we count one open. Some programs (like Apple Mail) fetch images on delivery, so opens are often higher than the number of real readers.
- When does a new month start?
- Opens count per calendar month: on the 1st your counter starts at zero again, whatever day you pay on. Move up to a bigger plan halfway through the month and the new limit applies right away.
- What happens when I go over my limit?
- Your widgets keep working: a sent email never breaks. You get a message at 80% and at 100%, and then you decide whether to move up.
- Do I get a watermark in my email?
- Never, not even on Free. Only the pages after voting or clicking show a small "Made with Fiig" on Free.
- How do I pay?
- The first time with iDEAL; after that we charge you automatically every month or year. Prices include 21% VAT; businesses see them without VAT with the switch above the prices. Businesses in another EU country with a VAT number pay no Dutch VAT (reverse charge).
